Group members started to think about a personal focus under the umbrella question of: "How will alternate instruction or assessment affect the students at-risk that I work with?" Specific issues discussed were:
  • How to divide the group into 2 sub-groups
  • Distribution of surveys and parent permission forms in the first week
  • Technology request
  • Possible methods for reflection (all group members have asked for a blog to be set up)

For next meeting (Sept 12):
Look over class lists and be ready to share what class you would like to focus on and which particular students you will track.
