Group members started to think about a personal focus under the umbrella question of: "How will alternate instruction or assessment affect the students at-risk that I work with?" Specific issues discussed were:

- How to divide the group into 2 sub-groups
- Distribution of surveys and parent permission forms in the first week
- Technology request
- Possible methods for reflection (all group members have asked for a blog to be set up)
